The live homepage keeps the section ids I set in the prototype.

Completing a component prototype for an engineering company's site
I turned a skeleton of placeholder sections into the client's real homepage design, and the live site now uses 13 of those sections.
A German agency’s new homepage for an industrial engineering company existed only as a skeleton: 24 placeholder sections with dummy text and stock photos, all sharing one id. The agency needed an HTML prototype with one self-contained component per section.
I filled each section and fitted it to the client’s design and content: stats, careers, team, FAQ, timeline, gallery, contact, footer. I reworked the quote block around the company’s own contact person. Every section got a unique id, and I removed the template headings. Small scripts in plain JavaScript run the gallery with dots and swipe, the timeline, the burger menu and the contact form checks. Colours, spacing and type sit in SCSS variables on top of Tailwind, so the sections read as one page. I built it section by section on a local copy, one commit each, and finished with the client’s own photos and formatted code.
I completed the prototype in September 2025. The move into the CMS was a separate job, and the live homepage uses 13 of the prototype’s sections with the same ids.
Page builder check, plugin cleanup and updates for a trade-fair equipment catalogue
The page editor looked broken after the old page builder disappeared. I checked the whole site, removed the plugins it no longer needed and updated the rest, without touching the hand-patched parts of the shop.
A Gutenberg block theme for a machine builder, in German and English
I turned a Figma design into custom Gutenberg blocks and ten pages in German and English, ready for the agency's QA.
A manufacturer's old WordPress site, new TYPO3 site and domain move
I looked after a metalworking company's old WordPress site, filled and tested its new TYPO3 site, and moved the domain to the new site with the mail intact.
